We want stakeholder management to be one of the smoothest parts of the customer experience ad Capdesk. This new update allows administrators to update stakeholder information as efficiently as possible. Our new bulk functionality allows you to export information from your own HR system, add it to our template CSV and import it to Capdesk. This enables you to focus on what is important and reduces time spent on manual work.
Besides just being beautiful to look at, this new feature allows you to:
- Bulk update (existing) stakeholder details through CSV
- Edit an individual stakeholder
- Reinvite a stakeholder
- You can merge stakeholders
