Emails with valuation reports 📬
As if it wasn't enough to request valuations directly in the Capdesk app, we've improved the process even further! Now, once your valuation has been completed, your valuation report will be sent directly to your email. A download link will take you to view the report right away - and you are always still only one click away from getting in touch with us (simply reply to the email!).

Revamping Import Files 🗂
Our import files feature is designed to make life easier when granting securities. We have just released a major improvement to the way that we use these import files in Capdesk. You can now easily find guidance and examples, as well as a blank CSV template. We’ve also tailored import pages for both offline- and online cases (such as options, share grants, warrants etc.) to provide the exact guidance and information our customers may need - and to reduce confusion as to what goes in which import file!

Ordinary Investor Holding view 📊
With this latest release, your shareholders can track their investments on the dashboard page. Now, shareholders can see an overview of all their investments with a graph that shows the health of their holdings. In this view, investors can see their amount invested up against the current valuation of their shares. Using the 'see more' button, investors can dive deep into a company-specific view, where they can track their debts, investments, returns or any company news or documents that you have shared with them.
