You can convert RSU's to shares in just a few steps.
1. Go to Equity Awards > RSUs > Grants.
2. Locate the grant that needs to be converted and click the Actions Button on the right-hand side of the grant.
3. Click Convert RSUs to shares.
4. Add the Conversion date.
5. Select one of the three options for the conversion:
- Convert vested RSUs - cancels only the vested portion.
- Convert all outstanding RSUs including any RSUs yet to vest - cancels the entire grant.
- Specify a number of RSUs to convert - this option allows you to input the number of RSUs to be cancelled
6 . If applicable, add a funding round in the Advanced section or add documents in the Documents section.
7. Click Save draft or Publish conversion and notify.
