On Carta, funding rounds categorize the company's share issuances into groups, providing a clear overview of the company's historical funding activities. This structured approach enhances the transparency and manageability of the company's equity distribution.
Dashboard overview
1. On the left-hand side you can see a graph showing the value of the total funding of the last funding round of your investment company as well as previous funding rounds by hovering on each funding round event.
2. At the bottom of the page you can see a detailed overview of the funding rounds, including the name, the amount raised, the maximum share price paid, the number of shares issued, the fully diluted position, post-money value as well as the start date of a specific funding round.
3. On the right hand side, if enabled by the company, you can also get access to the round modelling report tool which will generate a report that you can download from the widget showing on the bottom right side of the screen.
