Nudging grantholders will send them a reminder email, asking them to log in and sign their grant.
This can be done for all equity award types that have online issuances, but for the purposes of this article option grants will be used as an example.
1. Navigate to Equity awards > Options > Online Issuances.
2. Click Nudge grantholders.
3. Check the boxes to select the grants and click Continue.
4. Confirm the individuals and click Nudge grantholders.
5. You will be redirected to the confirmation screen.
6. The grantholder will receive an email from Carta. The Sign grant link will direct them to log into Carta, where they can accept and sign their grant.
| Please note, that if the same grantholder is selected multiple times, they will just receive one email that collates all of the grants that they are being nudged to sign. |
