Online Issuance improvements 🍃
We've made a number of user interface improvements to the online issuances page, which makes it easier to get an overview of your grants.
The first of these improvements is the introduction of a task workflow timeline. This gives you a complete timeline of the different steps involved in signing an online issuance - with dates and assignees of the different steps.
Stakeholder segmentation and access configurations 🧑🏭
- We've split out a lot of the stakeholder settings previously located in Settings and Add-ons into it's own menu item 'Stakeholder Settings'.
- Shareholders/investors that only held/has shares through exercises no longer have access to the company page (they keep their employee dashboard access)
- Phantom share holders no longer has access to the company page (they keep their employee dashboard access)
- Debtholders/convertible note holders now has access to the company page on a similar level to shareholders/investors
- It is no longer possible to tweak company access per share class.
This can now be found under the Stakeholder settings page in the left-hand navigation bar.

Tasks page improvements 🔧
Capdesk is excited to announce the launch of its new and improved Tasks page, offering users an enhanced UI and UX for seamless task management. With this significant upgrade, Capdesk aims to empower users with greater visibility, detailed task information, and streamlined task completion capabilities.
Watermarking share certificates 🎨
To protect the authenticity of share certificates, you can now watermark the certificate documents your stakeholders and administrators can access on Capdesk.
Using watermark on share certificate documents accessible on Capdesk ensures to protect any malicious or harmful attempt of tampering with the share certificate ultimately obfuscating the authenticity of the original share certificate (whether held electronically on Capdesk in the shareholder register, or outside our platform in other forms such as paper or in the DocuSign accounts of clients)
We have a support article on watermarking share certificates here.
