We have just released support for maintaining a register of allotments which is always in sync with your Cap Table. You'll find the register under the brand new Company registers section in the left menu.

Here's a list of features we've added:

Cap table and allotments (in the register) are always in sync
Pending tab to review and work with allotments before publishing to your register
Adding allotments from existing or new transactions (individually or in bulk)
Ability to publish pending allotments to your register of allotments
Support for SH01 filing from either the published register or pending allotments (and filing statuses on allotments)
Support for exporting (XLSX) the published register or pending allotments
