Register of PSCs 👯
The Register Of PSCs (Persons With Significant Control) is a statutory register that obliges companies keeping Companies House up to date record of their PSCs. You can now use the company registers feature on Capdesk to facilitate the generation of the filings related to PSCs.
Exercise Funnel 🤾♀️
Keeping track of the individuals who submit exercises online as well as having all the signatures in place for the execution of exercises has been simplified by Capdesk's online exercise pages. Now, you are able to manage and view grants whose exercise windows are open as well as the ones that are under the process of being exercised.

Mark grants as already filed with HMRC in Compliance Centre 🤾♀️
If a grant has already been filed outside of Capdesk, you can now simply mark them as filed to HMRC within the compliance centre.
Create stakeholders in bulk 🧑🤝🧑
As part of the initiative to track new employees to issue equity to, we’re releasing the ability to create stakeholders (and new employees) before issuing equity to them. On the Stakeholders page we’ve added an action to create a new stakeholder. We’ve also added the ability to import stakeholders with an import file for individuals and one for corporates.
To upload new stakeholders to the platform, navigate to Stakeholders under Company stakeholders and click Manage stakeholders. You can then choose to Import stakeholders (via import file) or Add new stakeholder (in-app).
Share and convertible loan notes bulk correction 🖇️
Whilst correcting share and convertible loan note issuances was possible on an individual basis, you can now correct them in bulk.

Improved HRIS employee matching 🤝
We have improved matching between HRIS employees and existing Capdesk stakeholders by matching on both email fields from HRIS (Email and Personal email) with the Capdesk stakeholder email.
