The Governance section allows company administrators to store historical board and shareholder resolutions.
For the purpose of this article we will use the Board resolutions feature as an example, but the same steps are applicable to Shareholder resolutions.
Import Resolutions
1. Navigate to Governance > Board resolutions.
2. Click Get started. A Request access button will be available if the feature is not enabled for your Company.
3. Click Upload files to select files stored in your computer. You can do this process for a single file or in bulk.
4. Click Continue to finalize the upload.
5. Add and review the mandatory details then click Import resolutions.
- Resolution Name: The name of the resolution you would like displayed in the platform.
- Category: The category will depend if you are uploading a Board resolution or a Shareholder resolution. You are able to choose the category that best applies to the document you are uploading or the Other category.
- Date of adoption: The date in which the resolution was adopted.
6. Once the import is completed, click View Board resolutions.
Once the initial upload is completed, you can navigate to Governance > Board resolutions and click Add resolution to add a single or multiple board resolutions.
Edit details and add documents
1. Navigate to Governance > Board resolutions.
2. Locate the resolution and click the Actions Button on the right-hand side to select Edit details and add documents.
3. Edit the applicable details, add documents and click Save.
Download documents
1. Navigate to Governance > Board resolutions.
2. Locate the resolution and click the Actions Button on the right-hand side to select Download documents.
3. Once the download is completed you will receive an e-mail or you can download the file from the widget on the bottom right side of the screen.
