You can customise the default currency displayed in your Carta account.
When you sign up to Carta, you are prompted to choose the default currency of your Carta account.
You can modify the default currency in your account. Carta will update your account every weekday, using the respective daily exchange rate.
| Please note, the currency of the transaction will remain the same, while the overall display currency of your account will be updated. If you believe that a particular transaction is recorded with the incorrect currency, please contact the issuing company. |
1. Click on your account icon > User preferences.
2. Navigate to User preferences > Display currency.
3. Select your preferred currency from the dropdown menu and click Save.
4. The display value will be updated.
5. The transaction currency will remain the same.
