This is useful when companies have Companies House or HMRC filings that were not generated in Carta.
We support the following filings:

Companies House Filings
In this article we will use CS01 as an example, but the workflow is applicable to SH01, SH02 and SH06 as well.
1. Navigate to Compliance > Filings > Companies House.
2. Click Register filing > Select the type of filing you wish to upload. In this article we will use CS01 as an example, but the workflow is applicable to SH01, SH02 and SH06 as well.
3. Add the filing details and click Save.
4. Once successfully registered, click Back to Companies House filings.
HMRC Filings
1. Navigate to Compliance > Filings > HMRC.
2. Click Register Filings > Select the type of filings you wish to upload. In this article we will use EMI Notification as an example, but the workflow is applicable to all other filing types.
3. Complete the information requested and click Register Filing.
4. Once successfully submitted, click Back to HMRC filings. The filing you just registered will be stored in the HMRC Filings page with the status Filed.
5. You can also Mark as Rejected by clicking on the Actions Button on the right.
