Carta can currently provide EMI & CSOP valuations and 409A valuations .
1. Navigate to Compliance > Valuations > Valuation Reports.
2. Click on Request new valuation > the type of valuation you need: EMI & CSOP valuations or 409A valuations.
3. Once your request is submitted, you will receive the following confirmation.
If you have valuations on your subscription, our Valuations Team will contact you and kick the valuation off. If you don't have valuations as part of your subscription, our Customer Success Team will contact you.
