Time and date improvements ⏰
Capdesk serves customers from all over the world, and we noticed that the different time and date formats could be confusing. With this latest update, that is a thing of the past! We have aligned the time and date formats across the app and in reporting, and have even added the timezone. This removes uncertainty for stakeholders and aligns your data to make it even clearer.
Email 2FA 💌
We have now released email 2FA as an improvement to our existing SMS 2FA. Changed your phone number? Left your phone in the car? Worry not! With this new feature, you can receive your 2FA code directly to your email. Simply check the box to add your email address on the authentication screen to enable email 2FA. Gone are the days of being locked out of your account because you can't receive the code by SMS. 🔐

Request valuations 📱
Not only can you now request HMRC and 409a valuations directly from Capdesk, but you can do so directly from the app! You will now find a valuations page in the left-hand menu that allows you to easily get in touch to request valuations. We have also moved the existing valuations page here so that you can view everything in one place.
