As of August 2023, Carta is an ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified provider, whose Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) has received third-party accreditation from the International Standards Organization.
Customers can request access to Carta's ISO 27001 certificate by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to Carta’s Conveyor Room and enter your work email address.
2. Include a brief message with any context related to the request for document access. Please make sure to mention that you are a Carta customer.
3. Typically, requests are approved within 24 business hours.
4. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email from support@conveyor.com with a link to log in.
5. You will be prompted to sign an NDA in order to gain access to Carta’s protected documents.
6. Navigate to Documents > ISO 27001 Certification. The ISO certification listed in that folder include certification for Carta.
