As of January 2025, Carta holds a SOC 2 Type 2 accreditation.
Customers can request access to Carta's SOC 2 Type 2 report by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to Carta’s Conveyor Room and enter your work email address.
2. Include a brief message with any context related to the request for document access. Please make sure to mention that you are a Carta customer.
3. Typically, requests are approved within 24 business hours.
4. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email from support@conveyor.com with a link to log in.
5. You will be prompted to sign an NDA in order to gain access to Carta’s and protected documents.
6. Navigate to Documents > SOC 2 Report. The SOC Report listed in that folder include certification for Carta.
