Capitalization Table
The capitalization table report is an Excel version of your Cap Table tab, showing a summary of shares held and fully diluted percentage for each security type and share class. The workbook also includes a sheet with all stakeholders and shares held and fully diluted percentage.

Round Modelling
The round modelling report is an Excel sheet you can use to model a new financing round. It contains your Carta data, including shareholdings, convertible notes, options granted and available. You can then enter pre-money valuation and new projected investments, model the adjustments to the incentive pool and analyse the effect in terms of share price and ownership.

Exit Modelling
The exit modelling report is a waterfall analysis tool that is tailored to your specific capital structure so that you can better understand your return in different exit scenarios and valuations. The exit model report provides you with an overview of the amount each shareholder would receive upon a specific exit value and it is based on the liquidation preferences entered for the share class.
