You can update legal details and personalise the company dashboard.
There are two settings that can be modified in the company's account:
Legal details
Company Profile
Legal Details
The Legal details will contain all official details about the company, such as the registered name, company registration number, address, etc. Your company is uniquely identified on Carta by your registration number and country of incorporation. Required fields under legal details:
Legal name;
Country
Registration number;
Contact e-mail;
1. Navigate to Settings > Legal details.
2. Modify the fields that need to be updated.
3. Click Save Company.
Company Profile
There are four fields in this section:
About: text field that allows you to describe what your company do.
Logo: field where you can upload your company's logo.
Cover photo: field where you can upload a cover photo for your news releases.
Company webside URL: field where you can add your company's institutional website.
1. Navigate to Settings > Company profile.
2. Modify the fields that need to be updated.
3. Click Save.
