Your company administrator might request for a primary email update on your account to ensure the maintenance of your Carta access.

Accept new login method
Once a company administrator asks for you to update your account login, you will receive the following email.

Update your primary email address
If you have an additional verified email added to your account, you will be asked to make it primary to ensure you maintain access and continue to receive Carta notifications. Click Update primary email address to save the changes.
Add a new primary address
If you do not have an additional email added to your account, the issuing company has indicated a personal email to be added as additional. Click Add new primary email and verify it by logging into Carta through the verification link you will receive in that email address.
Accept new login method
If your login is associated with Single Sign On (via Google), you will receive an email to update your login to email and password. Click Accept new login method and verify the new email address by logging into Carta through the verification link you will receive in that email address.
